Relational Counselling & Coaching

Working with me will enable you to manage the inevitable challenges of life and relationships calmly and kindly. This essentially requires you to develop a stronger relationship with your Self – in mind, emotion and body.

My approach is relational and solution focused which means I will provide insights to help you understand and manage difficult thoughts, feelings, behaviours, memories and relationship challenges as well as providing guidance and practices to evolve you from negative behaviours, habituate positive behaviours and emotional composure. All of this serves to increase life satisfaction and inner peace.

Whilst I don’t typically refer to my work as therapy, I do believe it is deeply therapeutic as well as clarifying and enlivening. 

I work with individuals, couples and family dyads, in-person or via Zoom and am always happy to have an initial phone chat.

We can have ‘in-person sessions’ at my room in Albert Park or we can have video sessions via Zoom – both are offered on the booking form.
