Hello and welcome, I'm Jo Woods.


Working with me will enable you to manage the inevitable challenges of life and relationships calmly and kindly. This essentially requires you to develop a stronger relationship with your Self – in mind, emotion and body.

How I Work

My approach is educational, compassionate and very practical. I will provide insights to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, memories, reactivity and relationship challenges as well as providing guidance and practices to liberate you from negative behaviours, habituate positive behaviours and learn emotion regulation. All of this serves to clarify a way of living that increases life satisfaction, relationship harmony and inner peace.

I work with individuals and couples in Private Sessions, either in-person or via Zoom. 

I have developed a couple of self-led video and email programs that are effective on their own or as a complement to sessions.

And, once a month I present an Open Session - a free, live-streamed talk and Q&A - open to everyone.
