Program Overview
This is a self-led video and email series designed to bridge the wait time for a session, and is effective as a stand alone self-development program.
You will learn the most important skills required to feel stable, sure-footed and satisfied in life and in relationships. It is an opportunity for you to connect with your Self on a deeper level and guide yourself to make the changes required to align with your values and visions.
Please note: ‘In Self’ is a recommended precursor to the ‘In Relationship Program’.

Week-by-Week Outline
Week 1: Going Inward
We begin by slowing down and turning inward — laying the foundations for deep and lasting change. This week is about meeting your inner world with awareness and compassion, and beginning to relate to your thoughts, feelings, impulses, and patterns with kindness and curiosity rather than judgement and reactivity. You’ll learn to attune to your Self — and why this is integral to personal growth and life satisfaction.
We’ll cover:
The superpower skills of self-awareness and self-attunement — what they are and how to practise them
How to observe your thoughts, emotions, and urges without getting caught up in them
Noticing your habitual patterns and learning how to interrupt them gently
Building your inner witnessing capacity — the skill of noticing without judgement
Why awareness is the starting point for behavioural change and emotional stability
This week marks the beginning of a more conscious, connected relationship with your Self — one that will grow stronger with each step of the journey.
Week 2: Weeding Old Roots
This week is about getting honest with the patterns, triggers and long standing habits that keep you stuck. You’ll identify the roots of your reactivity and learn how to disempower their cycles with awareness and care. This process isn’t about blaming or fixing, it’s about understanding the origins of your reactivity and how to gently shift in to neutral, when you most need to.
We’ll cover:
How past experiences shape current perceptions, emotional reactions and habitual coping behaviours
The 3 T’s of trauma and how to leave the past experiences in the past and live fully in the present
Recognising your most problematic triggers and protective patterns and begin the process of disempowering them with awareness and intention
Simple, self-regulation practices to interrupt automatic loops
This is the week where real transformation begins — as you start to weed roots that took hold a long time ago and create space for new ways of being that will pave a new way forward.
Week 3: Seeding New Roots
With greater clarity and compassion for your inner world, this week turns toward intentional growth. You’ll be laying down new roots that align with your values and visions and building routines to support and sustain your wellbeing and your relationships.
We’ll cover:
Clarifying what truly matters to you (vision and purpose) and how to live in service of it (vlaues & meaning)
The science and practice of habit formation and how to adopt it to seed new roots
Identifying simple, repeatable actions and routines that create steadiness and satisfaction in daily life
Meeting reactive urges with composure and values-aligned action
Practising stillness as a source of strength, clarity and nourishment
This week supports you in moving from insight to integration; wiring in new ways of being and doing in daily life that align with what truly matters.
Week 4: Committing to Self-Nurturance
In our final week, we will focus on what it means to actively care for your Self everyday and always — especially through challenging moments and phases. We’ll strengthen your commitment to the daily practices and routines that support everlasting wellbeing and connection to the visions that beckoned you here in the first place.
We’ll cover:
The investment and benefit of daily self-care and why it matters more than big breakthroughs
Practices to deepen trust in your innate wisdom to guide you the hardest of time
Preparation to navigate through life’s inevitable rough passages and continue on with intention and heart, until the end
This week will be reflective, present and visionary — helping you integrate what you’ve learned, honour your Self as a wise, conscious being and set you up to live every day and hour mindfully for the rest of your life.
