Open Sessions

‘Open Session’ are held on the first Tuesday of every month, at 6.30pm on Zoom. Please join me.

  • What is an Open Session?

  • An Open Sessions is a free, live-streamed talk and Q&A with me, offering insights, reflection prompts and practical guidance on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relationships — anyone is welcome to join.

    Each session begins with a short talk from me then I’ll respond to questions:

    First, to those sent in by email prior to the session.

    Then, to questions from participants in the Zoom room.


    You’re welcome to email me a brief outline of an issue you’re currently facing, or suggest a topic you’d like me to explore. To protect your privacy, I’ll use a different name when addressing your question.

  • How do ‘Open Sessions’ work?

  • 1. Book your spot in the next Open Session.
    They are held on the first Tuesday of every month, on Zoom. There is no fee.

    2. The session will start at 6.30pm and run for 30-45 minutes.

    3. I prefer ‘cameras on’ so we can be present as if are were in a room together.

    4. You can just sit and listen – I won’t be engaging with you unless you want to ask a question.

    5. The session will be informative, relatable and practical.


    Open Sessions are open to everyone.

Can't Attend On The Night?

Whilst Open Sessions are designed to be attended live, I understand that may not be possible at times so you can watch the recording which will be emailed the following day. Note: you need to book a spot to receive the email.
