The Relationship Lab Premium Membership includes everything in the Standard Membership, plus a structured pathway for relationship development.

The Relationship Lab is a 12-week program for couples, supported by weekly live coaching with Jo.

It will help you:

  • Recognise the dynamic those patterns create between you

  • Communicate more clearly during difficult moments

  • Repair, reconnect and grow together
